The flows of tangible goods related to purchasing and trading activities can therefore be controlled.

Aware that the quality of our service is subject to the management of our after-sales service, we are committed to dealing with customer claims as soon as possible.
For this purpose we ensure a direct link with suppliers and health authorities, up to the stage when we provide a product in compliance with the expectations of all stakeholders.
